2 weeks ago, I reached out to Rice Orthodontics to schedule a consultation for my son. Brandy, was so kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all my questions and got us scheduled. Today we had our first visit. First impressions were amazing. Front office staff is kind, efficient, and very friendly. Lisa, was the account coordinator we spoke to today and she is wonderful. She explained all the options, pricing, and services. Gave us the option to make a choice and we didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision. Dr. Rice was equally pleasant. He showed us the process for correcting our son's teeth, explained why he needed braces and was even able to put them on today. Which was wonderful since we drove an hour n' a half to this clinic. We choose this clinic based on a review of a friend and I'm sure glad we did. I highly recommend their services. Thank You to the entire staff for making our first visit amazing.

My son just had his first visit with Dr. Rice and his staff. From the smiling faces at the front desk and all the way through, Dr. Rice and all staff we interacted with and even saw were nothing short of welcoming, kind, and caring. Dr. Rice and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the staff is always so welcoming and friendly.
